Most of them are of no artistic value; this site is meant to share those real photos of buildings, environment and scenes taken at a specific location and time. It's more about archiving the past - not that many people care, but those photos are already taken, so why not just share?
🚧 This site is under construction. There will be easier way to query images and I would consider open uploads to others.
